This is why.

I have been getting a lot of questions regarding my interests and why I don't itemize them on my website.  First of all, there are way too many things to list and I think it is a bit ridiculous to write everything out.   Also, in all honesty, it's not really about whether I get to tie someone down and whip them, or whether I get to electrify their balls, but more about the interaction itself. Whipping someone can be incredibly boring if there's not any chemistry.  This is because it's an energetic response I'm looking for, and not simply the imposition of my will.  I mean, sure, there are some activities I enjoy more than others, and I get really excited over certain toys, but the thing that is so addictive to me (although I don't really like that word) is whether I feel like I am hitting a certain spot with a subject psychologically.  It requires a lot more focus, but yields a greater reward.

So, whenever someone asks me what my "specialty" is, or what I am known for, I don't ever really know what to say.  I don't want to be known as the person to go to for X.  There are certain things (such as whipping) that require a higher level of skill, sure.  But to me it is far more important to make you crumble.

And that's all you need to know.

Dear Veronica, having been a follower of your website and blog for several years, including a lively exchange of e-mails triggered by your interview of Regan Black, and having had two sessions with you in recent years, I must say that one of the things I like about you is that you do NOT publish a laundry list of what you do. Before our last session (about 1.5 years ago), I shared with you some experiences I had had with other dommes, which ones were satisfying, which were not. You took that information and turned it into a terrific session and, importantly, made me feel that YOU were enjoying what we were doing. After the session, I mentioned to you that I had been tempted BEFORE the session to not tell you anything about MY preferences and just invite you to do what YOU wanted. You smiled at me, raised an eyebrow and said something like "maybe it's better you did not leave it like that". For the past 1.5 years I have been fantasizing about what you meant by that comment and what you would have done to me if I had given you that carte blanche. I have a few hard limits, but none of them are activities I have ever seen you mention in your blog. Hopefully, on my next trip to New York (probably November), you and I can follow up on that carte blanche idea. Best regards, Thomas
