And have since December. It's in downtown NYC. I share it with Mistress Alex.
FYI for anyone who wasn't already aware. We are completely private and well-equipped, save for suspension and other nominal things which we are in the process of procuring.

I hear through the grapevine that it is a really wonderful and private space!! Like so much about you there is a retro-classic but updated cutting edge cool about your whole thing.
I remember a time when all the sessions I had were in small, independant places unattached to large houses. Though I suppose a house has all sorts of advantages, I've always preferred the discretion and privacy of a more intimate venue.

Thanks sooo much, guys! We really worked our butts off on it, and I'm really proud of it. I also feel super lucky to even be able to afford my own workspace in this economy! *knock on wood*
I have had a lot of experience working out of houses (re: renting and being an employee) and I have to say that I feel so much more grounded being in my own self-created environment. I am glad to see that others feel comfortable here as well.

Congrats, Mistress Alex is awesome. i hope You get all those cool suspension gadgets as well. Ah if only i were in NYC, it would be nice to see You at Your own space, which i think is always a big plus for Mistresses.
Although I would love to have suspension, I feel that it is not necessary. It is an eyesore, especially if one doesn't have really high ceilings. Perhaps one day if we decide to move to a bigger place.
Wynter has an arsenal of electrical toys which inspire me to want to take a trip to Leatherman.
